I used to be unsure if advanced customer segmentation would be manageable for me, but once I integrated it through magento 2 chatbot, everything became clear and easy. I can now create more personalized experiences for my customers, track engagement, and feel confident managing promotions, even without deep technical skills. It’s a huge relief as a regular user.
I’ve considered this, and it seems promising, though I haven’t implemented it yet and am mostly just imagining what it could do.
